Does my order qualify for a return or an exchange?

Products purchased via our website can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery for a full product refund or exchange (restrictions apply - see below**). Does not apply to scratch and dent products.

**The following flat rate return shipping fees apply to handlebar returns:

  • USD: $15 per handlebar

  • EUR: €13 per handlebar

  • GBP: £10 per handlebar

  • CAD: $20 per handlebar

  • AUD: $20 per handlebar

  • No restocking fees are charged for handlebar exchanges.


How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To return or exchange products purchased via our website:

To return products purchased via a 3rd party retailer:

Please contact the store you purchased from to coordinate a return. 

To return products purchased via Amazon:

Please contact Amazon support to initiate a return or exchange. If you are unable to initiate a return/exchange directly through Amazon, please reach out to [email protected] as your order will still be eligibe for the 90 day return policy thourhg a direct return to our office.

Return/Exchange Details:

Redshift Sports will accept returns and exchanges of products purchased via our website or Amazon within 90 days of when the product is shipped for a full product refund. The refund will go back to the original payment method. 

You must return the entirety of the product to receive a full refund. Redshift Sports will perform an inspection upon receipt of a returned item and reserves the right to lower or refuse a refund if the product has been damaged or misused (normal wear and tear is accepted). While Redshift Sports is not responsible for lost packages, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can monitor your return.
