Drop Grips are designed to fit handlebars with a standard, continuous curve in the drops. While they can be used on some handlebars with ergonomic bends or kinks, we do not recommend it. The fit is highly dependent on how extreme or sharp the bend is.

Why don't you recommend using Drop Grips on "ergo" or "kinked" bars?

The Drop Grips are molded to fit a specific radius. Handlebars with large kinks, sharp bends, or a more angular "ergo" shape can cause the grips to bunch up or not sit flush against the bar, which can create pressure points and reduce their effectiveness. The best fit will always be on drops with a smooth, continuous curve.
